Location & Traffic Notice:

We are located in Suite 100 Office 2 of Edwards Professional Complex. From I-75, take Exit 352 and head west on W FL-40/W Highway 40 for approximately 2 miles. Edwards Professional Complex will be on your left. Parking is free, and additional parking is available in the back of the building. Due to rapid residential growth and construction in Marion County, please allow additional travel time for your appointment. 

 

Office Tours & New Patients

Office Tours for Prospective Patients:

We offer complimentary pre-care meetings of 20 minutes duration for those who wish to tour our facility, meet the doctor, and ask general questions before scheduling their first appointment. These sessions are free of charge and carry no commitment to future care.o ensure your questions receive our full attention, all tours must be approved in advance by Dr. Miriah and may need to be scheduled outside of regular business hours (no walk-ins). Email or message us today to come experience our office firsthand and ensure that our philosophy of care is the perfect match for you and your family.

New Patients:

Ready to start care? Please click Book Now, which will redirect you to the Jane website. This practice management software allows you to securely complete paperwork, schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments. You will be prompted to create a Jane account. You may then use the Jane Patient Portal and download the app if desired. When scheduling your first appointment, choose Lotus Wellness Chiropractic in Ocala FL and select New Patient Examination + First Chiropractic Adjustment. The intake paperwork must be completed in Jane App prior to the first visit to allow Dr. Miriah adequate opportunity to familiarize herself with your case. The appointment is 30 minutes duration. If you are encountering any issues with Jane App, please contact Dr. Miriah for further assistance.

Cancellation, Late Arrival & Check-in Policies

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies:

We respect your time and value your commitment to care. To minimize patient wait times, Dr. Miriah only allows booking of one patient per available time slot and does not accept walk-ins. All visits, including office tours, require an appointment (no walk-ins). Cancellations or re-scheduling must be completed by the patient prior to the scheduled appointment time through Jane. Appointment changes are encouraged to be done as far in advance as possible. All required paperwork must be completed prior to the scheduled visit. To be considered on time for an appointment, the patient must be physically in Suite 100 and checked in via Jane by the appointment start time. Patients are considered late for any arrivals and/ or check-ins occurring after the start of the appointment time. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in cancellation fees of the full cost of the appointment.

Check-in Instructions:

Please ensure you have completed any required paperwork prior to your visit. For appointments, enter Suite 100 and check in through Jane by referencing the Lotus Wellness Chiropractic sign with the QR code on the front desk. Doing so will notify Dr. Miriah that you are waiting to be seen. Dr. Miriah will monitor the front lobby for your arrival for both office tours and appointments, especially since office tour guests will not yet have access to Jane. Depending on the day/ time, there may or may not be a receptionist for the building present, whom you may notify that you are here to see the chiropractor. Dr. Miriah will come greet you when it is time for your appointment or tour.

 By Appointment Only: To ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality care with minimal wait times, we do not accept walk-ins. This includes office tours, which can be easily scheduled by emailing Dr. Miriah.

  • Easy Online Booking: All clinical appointments are managed through Jane, our secure online booking site. You can view current availability and secure your spot by clicking the gold "Book Now" button. Available appointment slots are released 1-2 weeks at a time.
  • Timed Booking for Fairness: Please note that the Jane booking process is timed. This ensures that time slots aren’t held indefinitely, keeping them open for other patients who may need care.
  • Completing Your Reservation: When booking, double-check your selected date and time, and be sure to complete all prompts before the session expires to finalize your appointment.
  • Confirming Your Visit: Once finished, your visit will appear under "Upcoming Appointments" in your patient portal and under "My Appointments" in the app. You will also receive an email and/or text confirmation.
  • Need Verification? If you don’t see your appointment listed or haven’t received a confirmation, please reach out to Dr. Miriah to verify your time before heading to the office.
  • Focused Clinical Care: We kindly ask that patients please manage their own scheduling via Jane. This allows Dr. Miriah to dedicate her full attention to providing you with hands-on, high-quality treatment during your visit.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Your health is our priority. If you cannot find a time that fits your busy schedule in Jane, please reach out to Dr. Miriah directly via email. She will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for your visit.
  • Support: If you run into any technical issues while using the booking site, don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Miriah via email for assistance.
